Norma, designed by Piero Lissoni, is the new KnIndustrie cookware collection inspired by the pure pleasure of cooking. Formal simplicity and attention to detail are accompanied by an advanced technical research of materials, ensuring high professional performance. Norma is made of tri-metal: external chrome-plated stainless steel ensures greater heat conductivity and allows use on induction plates; the first inner layer is made of aluminum for heat diffusion; the heart is instead composed of 18/10 stainless steel for perfect cooking.
