Mass Beverly is proud to introduce to our portfolio 8899 Beverly, a new limited selection of condos by Olson Kundig in the heart of West Hollywood. Douglas Elliman Development and Townscape Partners collaborated on this project. Two of the model residences were designed by our team, with inspiration drawn from the architecture's indoor/outdoor living spaces. The idea behind these two residences was to create a metropolitan atmosphere by adopting a neutral but elegant and timeless color palette. Olson Kundig designed its first multiunit condos, giving the owners the sensation of living in a house in a low-rise luxury building.
