The Oriole Residence is an interior of rare elegance furnished by our sister showroom Minotti Los Angeles for a 1700 square meter home in the exclusive Bird Streets area in the heights above Hollywood Blvd. In addition to the main building and pool, the property also includes a separate guest house with its own pool, a gym and a garage. The residence’s typically modern architecture was inspired by the California Case Study House designs where the real stars are precious materials used to complete the interiors, like the marble that clads walls and bathrooms, white quartz used for flooring, and the grey quartz that covers the walls.
